As part of our medication management, we include brief problem-focused psychotherapy in these 30 minute follow-up appointments.

We do not have openings for new therapy clients at this time, but Feel free to submit a request via our chat box and we will get back to you if we are able to help in the near future. We are in the process of searching for new team members in hopes we can start accepting new patients. ***

Insurance Information

Mental Fitness Cville is in-network with several insurance companies including: Aetna, Cigna, United, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, and Golden Rule.

We are out-of-network with Optima, Kaiser, Medicaid and Medicare

Out-of-network with all other insurance providers; many still are able to get a portion of sessions covered with their out-of-network benefits. We will provide statements that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement, similar to your doctors office. You can also use your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) to cover out-of-network costs pre-tax.

We encourage you to contact your insurance company to determine coverage for out-of-network counseling services.

If out of network, here are some suggested questions to ask your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

For cash pay clients and for co-payments, we accept cash and all major credit cards as forms of payment. We require a credit card to be on-file at all times. Your card will be charged within 7 days of your visit.

Intake (initial appointment): $325
F/U 60 Minutes (psychotherapy and/or medication management): $225
F/U 45 Minutes (psychotherapy and/or medication management): $195
F/U 30 Minutes (medication management only): $150
