We are looking for licensed mental health providers (LPC, LSW, MSW, PMHNP) to help us expand services across Virginia.

Work Environment
•Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations of children and adolescents to diagnose mental health disorders and create individualized treatment plans.
•Therapeutic Interventions: Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, to address a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma.
•Treatment Planning: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed.
•Family Support and Education: Work with families to educate them about mental health issues, treatment options, and strategies to support their child’s mental health at home.
•Crisis Intervention: Provide crisis intervention and support in emergency situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of the child.
•Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. Prepare reports and documentation as required for compliance and communication purposes.
•Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including pediatricians, school counselors, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
•Professional Development: Stay current with advancements in pediatric mental health and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
·Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

·Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent. Certification or licensure in pediatric mental health is preferred.
​
·Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting. Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities for pediatric populations is preferred.
​
· Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with children and families. Proficiency in crisis intervention and management.
​
·Personal Qualities: Empathetic, patient, and resilient with a genuine passion for working with children and families. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
​
· Setting: Outpatient office within the Charlottesville community. Individual office provided for in-person sessions with option to work remotely as well
​
·Hours: Minimum of 20 hours a week between Monday through Thursday, with potential for occasional evenings or weekends.
